EPA recommends that wholesalers obtain a signed statement from the purchaser indicating that he or she is purchasing the refrigerant for eventual use or resale to a certified technician.

If you certify that the refrigerant you are purchasing from RefrigerantForLess will ultimately be sold or given to a certified technician, you may legally purchase refrigerant without an EPA card.

This requirement will be handled during our ordering process. You may certify online or if you are an EPA certified technician, enter your EPA Card info when prompt.
